You have come to the right place to order for the black tea lover in you or for your favourite tea drinker!

Black teas are the most commonly consumed teas in North America. They have a fuller and richer flavour and a higher caffeine content than unoxidized green teas. A full-bodied, versatile beverage, black tea can be enjoyed alone, with milk and sugar, or as an iced tea. Use it in place of coffee as the perfect kick you need in the morning – without the jitters!

Health Benefits

Drinking black tea can lead to lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol after a stressful event.

Every healthy lifestyle should include tea. Get a boost by going green!

Green teas are most commonly consumed in Asia but are fast becoming the healthy beverage alternative in North America. Nearly all green teas come from China and Japan and are a great thirst quencher. With less caffeine than black tea, green is refreshing hot or iced and often enjoyed with a dab of honey.

Health Benefits

Green tea along with regular exercise and a healthy diet may benefit in weight loss. Polyphenols, found in green tea, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), is responsible for the fat burning process.

Variety is the spice of life! A selection of black, green, white, herbal and oolong teas. This plan is for the adventurous tea drinker.

There are many different types of tea, and this plan will provide a wide variety of teas to satisfy the avid tea drinker or allow you to branch out and experiment. Why focus on just one type of tea when you can enrich your experiences and tantalize your taste-buds with them all!

Health Benefits

Over the past 15 years, research has found that drinking black, green or oolong tea may offer some protection from cardiovascular disease and cancer, lead to reduced risk of kidney stones, and strengthen bones, teeth and the immune system. Also, Herbal tea has no caffeine.
