Caffeine Guideline Comparison

While coffee and tea are both sources of caffeine, the amounts in any single serving varies significantly. Tea provides 1/2 to 1/3 as much caffeine in the same size serving.

When measured in its dry form, coffee contains less caffeine than tea. But when prepared, it is the opposite.
