Lapsang Souchong - a China black tea that has a smooth crisp character with the remarkable and heady aroma of a pine and oak wood fire; it has a distinctive flavour sometimes referred to as tarry due to the method of processing over smoking pine fires to absorb the smoke flavour

Sencha Decaffeinated - from China; the Co2 process uses no chemical solvents to remove the caffeine but it uses the naturally occurring Co2 in a circulation process which carefully uses high pressure and temperature to extract the caffeine
