GREEN TEAS
Dragonwell - aka Lung Ching produced by hand through a 10 part process in Zhejiang Province in China; it is distinguished by its beautiful shape, emerald colour, scented smell and tending sweet floral character. Legend has it that a dragon lived by a certain spring. A monk implored the well dragon to come to the rescue of the poor farmers suffering a drought. Instantly the clouds came and poured rain. The tea’s name is derived from this legend.

Organic Genmaicha aka Popcorn tea - from Japan with a toasty flavour tending sweet; it includes green sencha tea and fire-toasted rice which looks like popcorn

Sencha Decaffeinated - from China; the Co2 process uses no chemical solvents to remove the caffeine but it uses the naturally occurring Co2 in a circulation process which carefully uses high pressure and temperature to extract the caffeine

Organic Sencha Fuji - a light liquor, smooth with reasonable depth and body
